The Allentown community is mourning the tragic loss of Jakeem J. Jourdain, 24, who was killed in a devastating vehicle crash in Monroe County. The incident occurred along northbound Route 33 near mile marker 19.5 in Ross Township when the vehicle Jourdain was driving rolled over, causing him to be ejected.

The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office confirmed that Jourdain suffered multiple blunt force injuries and was pronounced dead at 9:58 a.m. on April 5 at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg. His death has been officially ruled accidental.

Authorities, including the Pennsylvania State Police in Belfast and the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office, are continuing to investigate the crash to determine the full circumstances.
